Interesting past couple weeks of my life, lots of ups and downs and back and forth.
Right nowI'm in a pretty good place, had a good day and a good evening and it's really time I get to sleep and hopefully have a good night as well!

So today I slept in and missed you, woke up and went home around 8 am and had a bit of a nap. From 12-6 I was at a group meeting working on boring school stuff tho Ally and I also went on a walk and smoked a J and enjoyed the nature around Humber ( we should really hike there sometime, that's where I saw the deers!)
Anyways, after that went to Ally's place and chilled, loooooove her apartment so much! Then came home and Jenny came over after a bit
All in all I got a variety of things done and hung out with diff peeps and had a good day!
Tomorrow I'm off to the hospital and then home for a nap and then school work/studying, yay!
Crunch time is near, only three weeks till my exams, should be fun trying to find study time between my social and work schedule, haha ugh
Gotta focus though, I'm months away from graduating and then making some good moolah and I can resume buying myself stuff, my gosh I miss shopping!
Gotta start working on my relationship and christmas lists lol

Pretty Awesome Past couple days!

Congrats to my baby who Aced his exams and has a promotion within two weeks of scoring his new job! *Applause* lol. Love you baby! Things have been going pretty damn super fantastic the past few days, I'm lovin it, and you (hehe).

Kind of annoyed right now

Not gonna lie!

Just at school printing notes. I have a lot of work to do with readings and homework, which sucks cause I'm working 3-9 and then possibly going out tonight either to see my baby or a friend. Anyhow, I can catch up on some stuff Friday since tomorrow I'm at school and then work and then seeing my baby, and then Thurs work 1-9! So Friday for school work it is! Maybe go thursday night to see Flava Flav at West7 ahahahaha. Oh goodness! I'm too busy for my own good!

LAST DAY!

Well today is my last day here at Apple Care. 

 I am moving on up as you might already know to the Apple Store....

 I like to call it  moving on up to bigger and better places/things.

Well here I am taking calls, and one of my co-workers made a really good point...

""why take calls on your last day, you should e talking to people and  getting your goodbye's and everything out of your system"

so here I am,  sitting on Coaching, writing in my blog and going to say goodbye to the few people I know won't be coming to tonight's even at the local bar across the street

3 Days remaining ->

So 3 days left, of VMC, before I have a day off work, and start my CORE training at Apple :-)  I am so excited :-) and cannot wait to start my new job,  just based on the talks with my manager, we seem to get along just great, and for the first few days I will be tagging along with her, and im sure we will get along just fine, as we crack email jokes to each other all the time.

It will be sad leaving this place at VMC, I have been here almost a year, might as well say a full YEAR, and I have met so many interesting people, and cool people, that I will have to meet up with later in my life and be friends with!! 

Well just thought I would write that down and  get back to work, since I am on break

Every little thing

I am unhappy from time to time, this is one of those times. When it feels like theres just too many little things here and there and everywhere to stress me the heck out! I have yet to actually deal with any of them, so much my fault its pathetic, but you know when you have so much to do the mere though of it is overwhelming? I know you have been there!
I'm hungry, and with no notice my family is having friends over, not that my parents knew till an hour ago either. So looks like I'm not getting much done today either, oh goodness.
I'm going to explode! I really wish I could rewind and go back...omg 9 years...yea thats about when I got off track and I do not feel like I have yet to get back on course! That's crazy!
Well, time to try and get some work done and get ready for tonight, and then more work, and then more work to get done tomorrow! Hopefully it all gets done in time, no sleep for meeeee

T Minus 9 Days Till I Start @ Apple Yorkdale! Happy Anniversary Baby <3

So  it's getting closer and closer, day by day, hour by hour, and it is finally almost time to leave Apple Care, phone support, and start my new and exciting job as a GYO Specialist at the Apple Store in Yorkdale!!! 

• Specialist: “I can talk about this stuff for hours”     <------ my current role @ Apple
• Concierge: “I know people”
• Creative: “No pain, all gain”
• Genius: “Not all heroes wear capes”      <------- I will so be wearing this shirt in the next 6 months!!
• Manager: “My place. Your place”
• Back-of-house: “Some artists use brushes. I prefer boxes”

Really I could talk about this stuff for hours!!!

Just reading some other peoples blogs, I see the experience as  a Specialist like this.... ""Somehow I thought this was insanely funny, but printed on his shirt was, "I could talk about this stuff for hours." Really, I believe it. Not only hours, but passionate hours. """    This sounds Hilarious, sounds like my kind of approach on things

Today is also Katie and I's  9 month anniversary, so baby when you read this, I love you and happy anniversary!! I really hope you have a great day at work, and I will have a great day at work as well

Really damn frustrated. Feeling at a loss of what to do. There just doesn't seem to be enough time or enough of me or I don't even know, just not enough.
A lot of changes recently, and more and more to come.
Hope it turns out well.

Resignation

Hello All

 

Never really done this before, but I am giving my 2 weeks notice to VMC starting Yesterday.  It has almost been a year since I started working here, and have  saw many wonderful faces and smiles from every aspect of this workplace,  HR , Managers, Agents, QA, and Trainers.  I just want to thank you all for your help and support to help me out when I first hit the floor, and throughout the time I was employed here at VMC.

 

I would like to thank personally.....

 

Mark Brown, for all your hard work, bringing this floor to the top of the Apple Sites, keep it up =)

 

Stephanie Glancie for all your Team work efforts we did together building the lab, and creating those Documentation's for different issues, for this I thank you, and wish you great luck on your new position as a Team Manager for Portables.

 

Brian Mungul without you their would be no Mungul's Jungle,  Great work on keeping this floor stable when people were not around/on vacation, you really showed a superior role during that crisis.  You are a true closer shift person!

 

Colleen Garrity  for you and your amazing way to turn around peoples performance, keep it up, you sure  do deserve a pat on your back.

 

Avinash Kamath for all your hard work and dedication to all the agents, including myself to help position situations correctly to customers.  For that I thank you.

 

Stephen Spencer for a wonderful job of Managing the portables floor, Without you, I would have not had the opportunity to coach, train and learn the amount of knowledge I have learned.  Thank you

 

and Mostly, HR and the Recruiters at VOLT , without them looking at my resume, and seen me to be a suitable candidate for this job, I would not be going to where I am going in the future, for that I really thank you.

 

 

Thank you all for motivating me to pursue my career with Apple Computers.  I truly thank you

 

As you may know, I will not be moving to far,  I will be moving to the Apple Yorkdale store as a Mac Specialist GYO position, to become a Mac Genius in the next month or so **crosses fingers**.  This has me very excited.

 

I will not forget my time here at VMC, and hope to one day make a visit and see some of these familiar faces when I come back.

Another Day in the Neighbourhood

 Counting down 2 weeks till it's time to start working with Apple Directly.  I recently got the job of been a Mac Specialist, that allows me to GYP (Grow Your Own) Genius, as the worker's at the store say.
